Blizzard has added a Raven of the Tree to each major town in the game in the latest Patch 2.2.1 that is now live on all platforms! This was confirmed via a blue post on the official forums by Adam “Pezradar” Fletcher.

This is a commonly requested feature from Season 7 that has been brought back into the game to help players save time on Whisper events. This was originally missing from the Patch Notes, but we will be updating the notes to include this feature.
