A New Vendor for Unused Spectral Ash After a week of feedback, Blizzard has turned Sayeena into a functional vendor. Found near the Reputation Board in Tarsarak, Sayeena allows players to trade their excess Spectral Ash for Oath Scrolls. These scrolls grant Unveiler’s Oath reputation!
