Crown of Lucion due to damage-scaling issues in Season 8 on May 5. 
( Source URL ) Hi all, A damage-scaling issue was discovered with Crown of Lucion . The item will be temporarily disabled and will return in an upcoming update. As always, we appreciate the share of discoveries and we will be quick to provide updates on when we’ll have the item back up for players to use. However, the item will be enabled in Patch 2.2.1, as noted in the official patch notes, as Blizzard fixed both bugs affecting the item! ( Source URL )

( Source URL ) - Fixed an issue where Crown of Lucion was gaining infinite bonus damage from Channeled Skills.
- Fixed an issue where Crown of Lucion was only granting its bonuses to active player Skills rather than all damage.
