[Icy-Veins] Diablo 4 Low-Value Tributes Still Have Limited Uses
With more players jumping back into Diablo 4 this season, a lot of people are rediscovering systems they have not touched in a while, or playing through Vessel of Hatred for the first time. This means discovering the Kureast Undercity and the use of tributes. For many returning players, the same question keeps popping up: What are you actually supposed to do with all those low-value tributes? Magic and rare tributes tend to pile up quickly, and once you are focused on higher-value content, they do not always feel worth running anymore. Low-Value Tributes Still Have Very Limited Uses As of now, low-tier tributes cannot be salvaged, upgraded, or converted into other resources. They are also greyed out at the Occultist, meaning they can no longer be broken down by mistake either. That leaves very few meaningful options for players who are sitting on stacks of tributes they know they will probably never use. You cannot salvage them, using them has very limited worth, and keeping them in your bag will just clutter your inventory, so what are you supposed to do? The Most Practical Options Right Now Until Blizzard changes how tributes work, most players end up sticking to a few simple solutions:

- Selling them Selling unwanted tributes to vendors is the easiest way to clear inventory space. The gold gain is not great, but it is better than letting them rot in your stash.
- Some players do not even bother selling them and just get rid of them entirely. It is blunt, but when inventory management becomes a chore, this is often the quickest fix. You just drop them somewhere in the open world.
- If you are planning on leveling alts, keeping some tributes around can still make sense. They might not feel useful at endgame, but they can help during earlier progression.
