[Icy-Veins] Diablo 4 Paladin Oaths: Breakdown of the New Class Mechanic

Some focus on defense, some speed up melee combat, and others help with holy damage or group support. Here is a quick overview of each Oath and what it offers. Juggernaut Oath

• Juggernaut gives the Paladin a tanky, sturdy frontline setup.
• It boosts armor and block, which helps you survive heavy hits and stay close to enemies.
• This Oath fits shield builds and anyone who prefers a tank-style approach.

Zealot Oath

• Zealot is built around speed and fast action.
• It increases attack speed and rewards aggressive melee play.
• This is an Oath that will work especially well with Zeal, smite builds, and any setup that needs fast hit chains.

Judicator Oath

• Judicator brings more Holy Damage and extra pressure in larger fights.
• It is more about the Paladin’s holy identity, giving the class various improved tools to deal with demons and undead.
• The Judicator Oath is probably going to be very popular for builds that use Blessed Hammer, Fist of the Heavens, or other holy skills.

Disciple Oath

• Disciple is the support path.
• It gives the Paladin access to stronger auras, healing, and utility effects.
• If you enjoy helping your group survive hard fights or tough spots, or if you just want to bring an Auradin-style playstyle to Diablo 4, this Oath looks like it is made for that.

Choosing the Right Oath The Paladin can adjust Oath based on the situation, as each supports a different approach.
If you want to tank, swap to Juggernaut.
If you want fast melee, go Zealot.
If you want to focus more on holy damage, Judicator works well.
If you play with friends or want a support setup, Disciple has the tools for that. The system gives the Paladin more freedom than the other classes have right now, which is a nice change for players who like swapping between roles.
