One Diablo 4 player may have just hit the Season 8 jackpot! In what’s probably the first publicly reported case, Reddit user Belgarathian shared a screenshot of a 
Harlequin Crest with four Greater Affixes that dropped from Torment IV Belial! 
Source: Reddit This isn’t a claim of a world first, streamers or other players may have looted similar items without sharing them, but as of now, this is the first confirmed Mythic Unique with four Greater Affixes shared publicly in Season 8! Why It Matters Blizzard significantly nerfed the drop rate of Mythic Uniques in Season 8 and given the low drop rate of Legendary Runes, it’s nearly impossible to craft one either, and seeing one with four Greater Affixes is just bonkers! Congrats to the player, who has probably used up all their luck for the season! After writing this post, we’ve noticed another very lucky individual who has crafted a Mythic Unique with 4 Greater Affixes as well! So I decided to craft my first Mythic this season…
