FAQ

Who is eligible for premier service?

You must be a FULL USMG Site member in good standing to participate. (No Guest, Registered, Probationary, or Banned users may participate).

Something’s wrong with my Premium service. Help!

Just send an email to the Premium-only email address listed on the sticky in the custom forum. Include your account name, the exact nature of the trouble, and (if it’s a billing problem) please be sure to include your PayPal information, or the first and last 4 digits of the credit card you signed up with.

How do I renew my Premium subscription?

Premium services terminate at the end of the term. You will be notified by email when this happens. Simply return the the UserCP and renew your membership.

How do I change my billing information, or cancel my service?

If you need to change the account that’s being billed, or if you want to turn off the auto-renewal or end your subscription, just go to the payment page on your USMG account. Termination of Paypal re-occuring payments, is accomplished via the Paypal site. Click here for more information..

I paid but my account didn’t get upgraded?

You may need to wait several minute before the system updates your account. If you have waited for more then 1 hour with no change to your status, try logging out of the site, and logging back in, if still no change, create a new thread in the Support & FAQs forum. ..

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay via credit card on our online form, as well as via PayPal.

Can I use other currencies besides USD?

A credit card is a credit card. You’ll be charged the amount in USD at the credit card exchange rate. You can also use PayPal for international payments.

I made a payment via the donation bar, however my access was never upgraded?

Unfortunately, the donation bar located in the forums, and the subscription manager in your UserCP are 2 completely different system. For access to all the premium subscription bonuses, you need to complete your subscription via the subscription manager.

How do I upload a custom avatar?

Just go to your Account Settings page, where you would normally select an avatar. Once there, you can pick a normal icon like before—or you can select “Custom Icon”. Once you do, you’ll be presented with a drop-down menu that you can use to either select a custom icon you’ve previously uploaded, or upload a new one.

Once you’ve uploaded a few icons, you can manage them using the Image Uploads section at the bottom—this lets you sort your uploads, and even give them humorous titles so you can remember them.

How do I get access to the Premium-only forum?

Access is automatically granted to you once the system updates your account..
